Shipping Information
We ship most orders via United Parcel Service unless otherwise requested. Very light orders less than 2 lbs may be shipped by mail. Cut off time for orders shipping same day is 2pm EST, when ordering for same day shipment, please call to verify order was received, and being shipped.
Shipments are made by UPS Monday through Friday from Reading PA. Days are business days from when we ship your order, and do not include weekend or holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th. UPS does not deliver on the weekends. Please allow adequate shipping time for your order, we usually ship within 48 business hours, sometimes longer. If an order is needed in a short amount of time, please call in and we will get your order out as fast as we can, usually the same day, and we can estimate the delivery time for you. There are occasions when an item may arrive broken, if there is not adequate shipping time, we will not be able to replace it fast enough for you. All replacements for broken items are sent regular shipping ground, please refer to our return policy for more info.
