Return Policy For Customers In The USA! PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER ON IMMEDIATELY ON RECEIPT! If for some reason you wish to return any other item you must notify us within 7 days from "receipt" of delivery. All claims for damaged or missing items must also be made within 7 days. We do our best in packing all our items, however, some items may still arrive broken. Rest assured, we will replace any item damaged in shipping, a claim will be made by us to the shipping agent, you just need to keep all the material for us to make the claim. If you have an item missing from you order, please contact us asap, and we will send it out to you right away. However, any missing items will be shipped regular ground shipping, we will not over night any missing items. We try very hard to inspect every order, but occasionally this may happen. Please contact us for more details if an item arrives broken or missing. We will pick-up some damaged merchandise, shipping carrier may pick-up some, however, you do not send it back without a return label from us.

You must first obtain a return authorization number from us. If returning an item you do not want, Please do not discard any original packing material or the cartons. Items must be returned in original packaging and wrapped securely, unless you are making a partial return,then please use an appropriate size box that is neither to small or to large. Please insure the return item against damage. We cannot make a refund on an item returned broken, that is what insurance is for. You can return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for any reason after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained by phone or email. We will credit you the full amount of the goods value but not the shipping charges. However, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee if there is a need.

****PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED. We have had a few problems with this as of late, and have employed a special procedure to determine if the items have been used. If the products have been used, they are not able to be returned. We will inspect all items throughly, and we will make the decision if the products were used. We deal with these items personally on a daily basis, and are very well versed in how they look, are handled, and signs of use. If we deem they were used, we reserve the right to deny a refund in whole or in part, and you may pick up the items. Please return unused items only in original/resell-able condition to avoid this charge, and or return. We reserve the right to charge a MINIMUM of 20% restocking fee for any items not deemed acceptable, with a maximum of no refund issued.

If you decide you do not want an item, and it has shipped, and you refuse delivery on that item, you will also be charged shipping charges for the return of the item. We do our best to describe the items accurately, and we have a professional photographer taking our pictures, but each persons computer resolution is different, and therefore the item may look different from the picture, but, rest assured, it is advertised in the most accurate description as possible.

To avoid returns, please email any questions before you purchase and we will respond immediately. Please understand we cannot make refunds on returns that are over 14 days from receipt of items. We will not make a refund of claims for missing items that are over 7 days old from receipt of order ! PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER ON ARRIVAL ! Make sure all items are undamaged and accounted for.

THIS IF OUR RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON WILL BE ACCEPTED! We pack our orders very well to avoid damage. We ship Internationally with Bongo Freight Forwarders. During checkout if you do not have an International Bongo account you will be asked to open one during the checkout process. There is a zero to $5.00 one time fee to open a Bongo account if you do not already have one. And you can use that account to ship all your International orders purchase from any merchant, not just us. Bongo will save you money, up to 82% off the cost of International Shipping Rates through DHL. Bongo insures the shipment against damage and loss.
